    Mary Washington Asparagus

    A perennial vegetable, plant them once and enjoy these delicious spears season after season. Initial cuttings will be ready in two years, and then annually after. Asparagus is worth waiting for. Healthy and succulent, grill or freeze to save your harvest!

    Start indoors 8-12 weeks and keep moist. Seedlings emerge in 10-14 days. Alternately, direct sow in the spring when soil is 60° or warmer.
