Grow these vitamin-rich greens year-round indoors to add a burst of color and nutrition to your meals. Perfect for sandwiches, salads, omelettes, soups, avocado toast, and more. Sometimes referred to as "baby greens," this mix includes a combination of Beet, Cabbage, Pak Choi, Swiss Chard, and Kohlrabi.

Growing Instructions:

  • Plant in prepared soil 1/4 inch deep.
  • Sow every 10 days for a continual harvest.
  • Seed thickly and grow indoors in a container or greenhouse.
  • Heat can speed up germination, but ensure the soil stays moist.
  • Keep the seeds dark until they sprout to prevent legginess, then provide regular light and water.
  • Trim microgreens when they reach 1-2" with scissors and wash before eating.
