Mild Mix Microgreens
Bright, mild and fresh – these greens are ready to harvest in two weeks from sowing in your window!
Grow year-round indoors for vitamin-rich greens! Add fresh color to sandwiches, salads, omelettes, soups, avocado toast and more! Sometimes called baby greens. Varieties include a combination of Beet, Cabbage, Pak Choi, Swiss Chard and Kohlrabi.
Plant in prepared soil 1/4 inch deep. Sow every 10 days for a continual harvest. Seed thickly and grow indoors in container or in a greenhouse. Heat can speed germination, but ensure they keep moist. Keep dark until after seedlings sprout to let them to get leggy, then allow regular light and water regularly. Trim when they reach 1-2" with scissors and wash before eating. Harvest: 10-15 days.
