Fordhook Giant Swiss Chard plants produce fresh, nutritious greens throughout the season. They are great when steamed or boiled and also hold up well in soups. Swiss Chard is sometimes referred to as Silverbeet.

Growing Instructions:
Scatter seeds in a prepared garden or container after the danger of frost has passed. Thin seedlings to 6" apart. When the plants reach 10" tall, pick leaves as needed from the outside of the plant, or cut the whole plant 2" from the ground. It will regrow! This variety is a prolific producer.
