A wonderful salad green! You will find the lemony tartness delicious and refreshing. Can be used as a microgreen. Also known as Spinach or Narrow-Leaved Dock. Use pureed for soups, or add to a fresh salad!

Growing Instructions:
Prepare a well-drained bed with well-tilled soil. Sow seeds 1/2 inch deep, 6 inches apart, and container planting is approved. Keep the bed moderately moist until germination, and then thin the plants when they reach 2 inches high.
