Growing Instructions:
- Start indoors 8-12 weeks before your last frost and keep the seeds moist.
- Seedlings will emerge in 10-14 days.
- Alternatively, you can direct sow in the spring when the soil temperature is 60°F or warmer.
- Harden off seedlings and transplant them to a permanent bed that won’t be disturbed once they reach 6-10 inches tall.
- Important: Do not harvest during the first year. Wait until late fall to cut back the tops for regrowth the following year.
- Harvest begins in 24 months.
