Little Marvel Shelling Peas
Small and prolific, this Little Marvel has been banging out the most peas per plant for years! Just pop open one of the pods to reveal 6-9 large, sweet peas. Great for storing and freezing. Shell peas have peas inside a pod that is discarded.
Peas are very frost tolerant so plant as soon as soil can be prepared in early to mid Spring. As soon as soil can be prepared, plant seeds 1 inch deep and 2 inches apart. Prefers a trellis, fence or stake to grown on. Harvest when the peas become plump. The more you pick, the more the plant will produce. Great for containers. Harvest: 2 months
