Shipping Costs

All orders are eligible for free shipping. Generally for small orders this is parcel post, and for larger orders is UPS ground. All orders can be shipped priority for $5.99.

Cut Off Times

Packet Orders

Packet orders received by 3PM EST Monday-Friday are shipped the same day. Packet Orders Received After 3PM EST Are shipped the following Business Day.

Bulk Seed Orders

Bulk Seed orders will receive an order acknowledgement and expected ship date within 24 hours of ordering. Generally bulk seed ships the same day, but occasionally stock is held up and can take up to 5 days to process the order. If delivery date is a major concern, please contact us prior to order.

Partial Shipments

Standard Policy

If the majority of a shipment is in stock and the rest is not expected within three days we will ship the goods that are in stock and only charge for those goods. We will at that time notify the customer and give the option to have the remaining items shipped and charged for at that time (with free shipping).

Orders with Comments

If you have a concern about split shipping, please let us know in the order comments and we'd be happy to accommodate.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, due to the complex nature of seeds- we do not currently offer international shipping through our website. If you're interested in a large quantity, please contact us and we can work out the paperwork. 

Product Returns

Seed Packets

If you are not 100% satisfied with any retail packet you purchase from Bentley Seeds, send us the empty packet in the same calendar year as marked for resale with your address in an envelope- and we will send you a replacement free of charge. Simple, unconditional, no hassles. 

Bulk Seed & Tools

All sales are final.

Customized Products

All customized products are guaranteed to be free of defects, please inspect upon receipt to ensure quality. Any product deemed to be defective within 10 days of shipment date will be refunded or replaced in full. Products without defects are non-refundable after proof approval. Products shipped using a third party shipping account are not eligible for refunds due to shipment related damages.

If you have specific production, shipping, or assembly concerns that may be affected by seed size or weight please make us aware of these prior to ordering to avoid additional charges from your other suppliers. We will not be held liable for these charges unless explicitly agreed upon.
