Price varies with quantity and type of imprint. Please see price sheet for details.
What is my production time?
Normal production time is approximately three weeks from art approval. Rush service is available for a slight charge and shortens production time to 12 business days or less.
Express service is available with a turnaround of five business days. Certain restrictions apply to express service. See price sheet for details.
What is the difference between stock and custom imprint packets?
We have many stock seed varieties with preprinted photos of item available for your one or two color imprint.
Please contact us for pricing and availability should you need a seed variety not offered in our stock line or you have custom artwork to reproduce.
How much is shipping and handling for my order?
Shipping and handling varies with the size of your order. Please see the shipping chart.
What's the difference between PMS match and alternate ink?
PMS inks are custom mixed and will match the standardized chart of colors. Alternate inks are colors other than our stock choices. They are less expensive than PMS inks and give you a broad choice of colors that are close to PMS ink colors.
How do I send my artwork or copy to you?
We prefer electronic art created in Illustrator or Photoshop programs for MacIntosh-based platforms whenever possible. Please see our art specifications (~600K PDF) for exact information.
We can also use clean black and white copy mailed to us. If mailed, do not staple, fold, paper clip or tape the copy. Faxed art is not acceptable.
We can also typeset your copy for you.
How do I get a proof of my packet?
We can fax a copy of your packet set-up for approval or send you a PDF electronically. There is no charge for this service unless there are more than two revisions.
How long does it take to get a proof?
We normally send a proof within 48 hours of receipt of art. Custom four color proofs may take slightly longer.
